RETURNS

When you receive your beads if you are unhappy with them in any way we are happy to refund you on return of the beads to us but we are not able to refund postage.

Just email us and we will provide the address to return the items to.

Please let us know within 7 days of receipt, or 12 days for international customers.

The returned beads must be in original condition, together with details of purchase. Partial returns are not accepted i.e. part of a packet or strand .

We guarantee our products and are careful about quality but errors can occur. If you receive an incorrect item or a faulty product from us let us know immediately so it can be returned for replacement or refund.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

  • We try to keep adequate stock of all items on this site but occasionally we can’t achieve that.
  • If we can’t supply an item we will let you know.
  • You can either choose another item or we will refund you.
  • If this item is being restocked we will try and advise the likely date we are to receive it.
